1. Services
RVS Waterproofing ("Company") provides waterproofing, foundation repair, and related services to residential and commercial clients in [service areas]. All services are subject to written estimates and agreements.

2. Estimates & Payments
Free estimates are valid for 30 days. A deposit may be required to schedule work. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Warranties
Workmanship warranties are valid only if: Payment is made in full. No modifications are made by third parties. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and may require separate registration.

4. Liability
Company is not liable for pre-existing conditions uncovered during work. Client agrees to provide access to utilities (water, electricity) as needed.

5. Cancellation
Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service may incur a fee.
